The latest of Relang’s manufacturing innovations comes from our dedicated 30,000 m2 Design and Fabrication facility, and brings a catalogue of new possibilities to the solid surface marketplace. Thermoforming allows us to create new shapes and curves as well as joining sections into virtually seamless, single-surfaced units perfectly tailored to our partners’ specifications. The fabrication capabilities of Relang’s OEM offering has opened a new world of possibilities for our partners, and establishes us as a fully integrated service provider to every industry where solid surface products are used.
As with our factory-standard shapes, partners can choose from our existing products and customize them, or bring original concepts to life with our design engineers. Current capabilities include finished and semi-finished fixtures, wall panels and shower kits, integrated countertop and sink units, special order items such as shelves and soap trays, and complete cabinets / casework.
In addition to being able to produce catalogue items in virtually any color, we can customize them as required, or create completely new products through our in-house design studio from conception to high-precision custom casting. Relang fabricated products are virtually seamless, practical, tactile and hygienic, making them ideal for a wide range of residential and commercial spaces.
